PER COURT:- Perused the application and other relevant documents on record. The applicant was directed to take steps within 4 weeks against unserved respondent. Notice was issued to the respondent but it was returned unserved with report that he was out of station for medical treatment. The applicant preferred the present application and requested to re-issue notice on the same address.

In view of the prayer in the application, the application stands allowed. Re-issue notice to the respondent returnable on 5th March, 2018. In addition to regular mode of service, applicant to serve the respondent with fastest legally acceptable mode and file affidavit of service with tangible proof on or before the next date.
