The learned counsel for petitioners on instructions seeks leave to withdraw writ petitions on account of the fact that there are typographical errors in the prayer Clause incorporated in the amendment application. He seeks liberty to file fresh amendment application with correct figure of number of trees and additional compensation.

Writ Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh application for amendment. It is made clear that the orders passed by the Reference Court on 03.03.2020 shall not come in the way of deciding the fresh application for amendment on their own merits.
