The application is for fixing the second appeal for early final hearing on the ground that appellants are senior citizens. However, there are so many appeals older than this appeal, are already pending, wherein second generation of the parties is fighting. Presently, the court is taking second appeals up to 1993 for final hearing. Under such circumstances, the present civil application stands rejected.
