The validation proceeding in respect of the Tribe claim of the petitioner is pending since January, 2014. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that as yet, the vigilance has not been conducted.

The Committee shall decide the validation proceeding in respect of the Tribe claim of the petitioner within six months. The petitioner shall co-operate in expeditious disposal of the proceeding.

The respondent shall not take any coercive action against the petitioner only on the ground that the validation proceeding is pending.

The respondent can take further course of action depending upon the Judgment that would be delivered by the Committee in the validation proceeding.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
