None has appeared for the Petitioner. The record shows that on previous date i.e. on 9th June, 2016 also nobody had appeared for the Petitioner. By way of last chance, the matter was adjourned till today. Today also none has appeared for the Petitioner. Record shows that the petition has been dismissed against Respondent Nos.2 and 3 on 17th March, 1997.

1 wp.2897.95.odt The present petition is filed against the order passed by the Industrial Court, Jalna in Complaint (ULP) No.679 of 1994 whereby the present Petitioner was directed to reappoint present Respondent No.2 on the post of pump operator and pay him minimum wages as per the Minimum Wages Act as applicable and prescribed in Government Notification dated 16th August, 1990. In view of the fact that the petition has been dismissed against Respondent No.2 i.e. original Complainant in whose favour, the impugned order was passed by the Industrial Court, there seems no propriety in continuing the present petition against Respondent No.1 against whom no relief has been claimed in the present writ petition. The writ petition therefore, stands dismissed without any order as to the costs. Rule discharged.
