Heard learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner and learned A.S.G. appearing for the Respondents. There is an innocuous prayer in the Petition in as much as the directions are sought to Respondent Nos.1 and 2 to decide the representations of the Petitioner dated 13th September, 2016, 9th November, 2016, 7th February, 2017 and 15th May, 2017.

We direct Respondent Nos.1 and 2 to decide the aforesaid representations submitted by the Petitioner, if already not decided, on its own merits as expeditiously as possible however within eight weeks from today and communicate the said decision to the Petitioner.

With the above observations and directions the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
