Learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos. 2 and 3 has tendered across the bar the letter written by the Block Development Officer, Panchayat Samiti, Amalner and the same is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification. Relying upon the accompaniments of the letter he submits that the amount of Rs.11,99,115/- (Rupees Eleven Lacs Ninety Nine Thousand One Hundred Fifteen Only) has been deposited in the account of the petitioner.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that there is delay in making the payment therefore, the petitioner is entitled for interest.

We do not accept the contention of the counsel appearing for the petitioner that the petitioner is entitled for interest.

Since the order of which disobedience is alleged in this contempt petition has been complied with by the respondents, the contempt petition stands disposed of. The notice stands discharged.
