The petitioner is seeking direction to the respondents to give appointment to her on the post of Supervisor class-3, as she is wife of Army Ex-serviceman. This Court has gone through the advertisement and advertisement shows that there was horizontal reservation and one post was given to Ex-serviceman. Admittedly applicant/petitioner is not Ex-serviceman. Nothing is with petitioner to show that there is policy of the Government to give the employment to the wife of Army Exserviceman under any kind of reservation.
