Present petition has been filed to seek directions to respondent No.2 Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner. 2.

It appears that the proposal is pending since 04.07.2020 before respondent No.2 - Committee.

Learned AGP after waiving notice for the respondents submits that the claim can be decided within six months. 4.

In view of the fact that the claim of the petitioner is pending since 04.07.2020, it is required to give directions to respondent No.2 Committee to decide the claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible.
