After dis-inclination is shown to grant any relief to the applicant, learned Advocate appearing for applicant, on instructions, prays for withdrawal of Bail Application with a request that the case before the Sessions Court may be be expedited. 2.

Sessions Case No.48/2019 appears to be pending before Additional Sessions Judge, Vaijapur. Though this Court is not aware about pendency of the cases before the concerned Court; yet taking into consideration the overall situation, the learned Judge can be directed to dispose of the Sessions case within stipulated time.

Accordingly, the Bail Application stands disposed of as withdrawn with directions to learned Additional Sessions Judge, Vaijapur, to dispose of Sessions Case No.48/2019 within a year from today.
