For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. Delay is condoned. The appeal is restored to its file. Record & Proceedings be called back.

In case the paperbook is destroyed, the learned counsel for the applicant-appellant undertakes to submit the private paperbook within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of this order. Hamdast regarding the R & P be also granted to the appellant-applicant.

In case the appellant-applicant fails to take hamdast and secure the R & P and fails to file the private paperbook as directed above, the appeal may be again dismissed in default.

Upon restoration, the appeal be fixed for final hearing on 20/04/2015. C.A. disposed of.
