PER COURT:- 1.

The petitioners claim appointment as deemed trained teachers and submits that the petitioners possesses S.S.C. qualification and they were appointed prior to 1972.

Learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondent nos.1 and 2. The learned advocate accepts notice for respondent nos.3 and 4.

The issue is not longer res integra, in view of the various orders of this court.

The respondent authority shall confirm for itself the date of appointment of the petitioners and the eligibility of the petitioners and if on confirmation it is found that the petitioners have been appointed prior to July-1972 and holds the necessary qualification, they shall be declared as a trained teachers and shall be entitled to draw initial salary in the pay band of Rs.1200-2040 since 1986 and the pay band of Rs.4,500-7,000/- since 1996. The same shall be done expeditiously and preferably within six months.

The writ petitions are accordingly disposed of. No costs.
