The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that this matter will have to be transferred back to the Nagpur Bench of this Court, as the issue of supernumerary post is not involved in this matter. The transfer of this proceeding occurred on the assumption that the issue of supernumerary post is involved. The petitioner has received validity certificate as "Dhobi - OBC" by the competent Committee.

In view of the above request, the Registry shall transfer this case back to the Nagpur Bench.
