The counsel for the applicant submits that, he has served the learned counsel for non-applicant No. 4.

It is submitted that, the writ petition is pending admission. The applicant is seeking further reliefs in the writ petition seeking directions against respondent No. 4 to grant permission to open senior college and to re-consider the proposal. 3.

The non-applicant would have right to controvert the averments sought to be introduced by way of amendment. In the light of that, the civil application is allowed in terms of prayer cause 'A' and disposed of.
