Learned counsel for the applicants submits that she is practicing at Nashik and inadvertently she could not notice the matter in the cause list dated 08.12.2021 and therefore, did not attend the hearing of criminal application No. 2679 of 2021 on the said date i.e. on 08.12.2021 before this Court.

In view of above and for the reasons stated in the application, criminal application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B" subject to payment of costs of Rs.1000/- (Rupees one thousand) to be deposited with the Library, Advocates' Association of Bombay High Court, Bench at Aurangabad within a week from today. Criminal application is accordingly disposed of.
