Read the communication. This is a letter seeking extension of time of for disposal of the matter, received from the learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Kallam, District Osmanabad.

It appears that the prosecution has examined in all 16 witnesses till 05.02.2020. However, due to outbreak of pandemic, the prosecution could not examine remaining witnesses. The learned Magistrate has communicated that the charge sheet in the case is bulky and some more time is required to dispose of the case.
