After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner for some time, when this Court was not inclined to interfere with the impugned order, at that time, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, sought leave to withdraw the petition. His statement is accepted. Leave is granted. 2.

In view of his statement, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

The learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that the petitioner is entitled to the amount of 15,000/- along with accrued ₹ interest thereon, if any, deposited by him pursuant to the order dated 10th February 2015.

However, on query, learned counsel suo motu, on instructions submitted that out of the said amount, the petitioner is willing to donate an Shrikant Malani

902.WP.1075.2015.odt amount of 2,000/- to the Library of the Advocates' Association of the High ₹ Court, and urged that the remaining amount of 13,000/-, along with ₹ accrued interest, if any, be paid to him. His statement is accepted. 5.

In view of the above, the registrar (J) is directed to transmit an amount of 2,000/- to the bank account of the Library of the Advocates' ₹ Association of the High Court, out of the deposit of Rs. 15,000/ and refund the remaining amount of 13,000/- along with interest accrued on the said ₹ amount, if any, to the petitioner.
