Mr. Joshi, the learned advocate for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 submits that, the petitioner is seeking compensation in respect of the land under the tower and the crop. The petitioner has a remedy before the District Judge U/Sec. 16 of the Indian Telegraph Act.

In view of that, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail alternate remedy. All contentions of respective parties are kept open. No costs.
