The learned Counsel for the petitioners seeks adjournment to take out proceedings for amendment of the petition, for setting aside order dated 15th September 2003 passed by the Additional Registrar dismissing the petition for want of prosecution against respondents No.2(a) and 2(b) and for placing on record

WP 3516-1994 (2) alongwith amendment application, the order of the Collector passed under section 38-E of the Hyderabad Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Act, 1950, when order of the Tahsildar was passed on 31st October 1972.

The petitioners also undertake to supply properly typed copies of all the documents on record.

By way of last chance, time of two weeks granted to the petitioners.

If the aforesaid order is not complied, within stipulated period, the petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.
