For the reasons stated in the application for condonation of delay and looking to the nature of dispute,

ORDER

(i) The application filed by applicant / acquiring body is hereby allowed.

(ii) Registry is directed to register the appeal after due scrutiny as per procedure, and thereafter, it be placed before the concerned Court.
