1. These are the Applications in disposed of Appeals for withdrawal of the amount lying with this Court.

2. Heard learned Advocates for all the sides.

3. There is no dispute that this Court has passed the order dated 18.10.2024 in Civil Application No.10205 of 2024 and connected Application, allowing the Applicants therein for withdrawal of the amount. Parties agree that these applicants be allowed to withdraw the amount in terms of the said order, relevant portion of which reads thus : - "4. We allow the Applications in terms of the prayer clause (B). The amount be paid to the respective parties in terms of the order passed by this court in appeals."

4. In view of the above, we allow the applications in terms of the aforementioned order.

5. The Applications stand disposed of.
