This is usual landlord-tenant dispute.

The notice issued to petitioner remained unserved. 3.

Mr Sangit, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of respondents informs that his clients have not issued any instructions. However, he has received instructions from the briefing lawyer that the parties have settled the matter amicably.

Considering the aforesaid, the petition is dismissed for want of prosecution, with liberty to the parties to apply for restoration, in case they so desire.
