Learned counsel for the applicants submits that with the leave of the court, State has been added as party in second appeal as well as in the civil application. He refers to reasons given in paragraph number 3 of the application explaining delay of 20 days. 2.

Having regard to the reasons veracity of which does not appear to be much in dispute from respondent's side, civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). 3.

Civil application stands disposed of.
