By order dated 21.06.2018, this Court allowed Review Application No. 30/2018 preferred by the applicant and restored the petition for hearing, as the Grievance Committee under the Maharashtra Universities Act was not constituted with the Pune University.

By way of present application for amendment, the applicants are intending to bring on record the copy of the order delivered by the Grievance Committee, as it is claimed that the order of the Grievance Committee is not taken to its logical end by the Management.

Since the amendment is based on subsequent development,

{2} ca715.19.odt the same is allowed. Amendment be carried out within a period of one week from today. It is made clear that if the amendment is not carried out within stipulated period, instant petition shall stand disposed of.

It is informed by Mr. Hon, learned counsel for respondent no. 4 that the order of Grievance Committee is subject matter of challenge in Writ Petition No. 2464/2019.

As such, tag instant petition with Writ Petition No. 2464/2019. Place both the petitions before this Court on 24th April, 2019.
