1] Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that validation proceeding of the petitioner is pending. Final year result of the petitioner is withheld on the ground that validity certificate is not submitted. The petitioner has also to complete internship.

2] Learned AGP accepts notice for respondent nos.1 and 2. Mr.K.C.Sant, learned counsel accepts notice for respondent no.3.

3] The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 03.02.2022.

506.22WP 4] The Committee shall, thereafter, endeavour to decide the validation proceeding preferably within four [4] months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. 5] Respondent nos.3 and 4 shall not withhold the result of the petitioner's examination only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending. In case the petitioner is otherwise eligible, then the petitioner may not be refrained from prosecuting his internship only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending. 6] Respondent nos.3 and 4 may take further course of action depending upon the judgment that would be delivered by the Committee in the validation proceedings.

7] Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
