Mr. Yeramwar, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, this Court had directed the Committee to decide the validation proceedings within a period of six months from the date of appearance of the petitioner under order dated 31.10.2018 in Writ Petition No. 3594 of 2013. The validation proceeding is not yet decided by the committee. The petroleum company is after the petitioner.

In fact, the Committee ought to have adhered to the directions given by this Court under order dated 31.10.2018 in Writ Petition No. 3594 of 2013.

By way of last opportunity, we give six (06) weeks time to the Committee to decide the validation proceeding of the

2 wp 582.21 petitioner from the date of appearance of the petitioner before the Committee. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 19th January, 2021. In case, the committee does not decide the validation proceeding within the period stipulated above, the Court would be required to take further action against the members of the Committee.

In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
