The petitioner contends that he has tendered several representations praying for acceptance of his application bearing registration ID No.30833, so as to be registered as a research student for the Ph.D. course.

We requested the learned advocate Shri Tope, who is on the panel of the University at Aurangabad, to take instructions. He submits that in similar matters, this Court has directed the University to consider the representation on it's own merits, within a time frame.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off.

There have been many representations tendered by the petitioner, but the representation dated 05.03.2022 is an exhaustive one. We, therefore, expect the University to deal with the representation of the petitioner dated 05.03.2022 and arrive at a decision thereon, on or before 28.02.2023.
