The terms of compromise were sent to Registrar (Judicial) of this Court for verification and report. Accordingly, Registrar (Judicial) has submitted his report today and the same is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification.

In view of report submitted by the Registrar (Judicial) and in view of submissions of leaned Counsel for both the sides, the appeal needs to be disposed of in terms of compromise.

ORDER

(i) The Second Appeal stands disposed of in terms of compromise marked as "X" with report of Registrar (Judicial).

2 970-271-2005sa (ii) Decree be drawn in terms of compromise vide Article "X". (iii) No order as to costs.

(iv) The decree needs to be registered since for the first time, right is created in the immovable property to the extent of half share, in view of the provisions of Section 17 of the Registration Act, 1908. (v) The Registry to forward copy of decree drawn in Second Appeal to the trial Court for further compliance in view of Section 17 of the Registration Act, 1908.
