The petitioner is already expired. Learned counsel for the petitioner sought time on the last date on the ground that legal representatives of the petitioner want to prosecute the matter. Legal heirs of the petitioner are not brought on record till date. It is made clear that if steps are not taken by the legal representatives of the petitioner to implead themselves as petitioners in place of the original petitioner within two weeks from today, the petition would stand dismissed without further reference to Court. Place the matter on daily board for direction on 6 September 2017.
