This is an application filed for withdrawal of amount deposited as per award dated 21.11.2019 passed by the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal at Biloli, Dist. Nanded.

Perused the application. Heard learned advocate for the applicants.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the application deserves to be allowed. The applicants are permitted to withdraw 75% of the amount alongwith accrued interest on furnishing usual undertaking.

Registry is directed to pay that amount to the applicants/claimants accordingly alongwith accrued interest. 5.

Application is disposed of accordingly.
