Patnoorkar, Advocate for respondents clearly indicates that the appellant / sole, Sunderabai w/o Dharamgir, has died on 8th May 2014. The copy of death certificate issued by Municipal Council Umri, is placed on record. Thereafter, no steps have been taken. Thus, the fact remains that the appellant died on 8th May 2014 and no steps have been taken by and on behalf of appellant for bringing the legal heirs if any on record, I find no difficulty to pass following order. Hence order.

The appeal stands abated.
