Though the petitioner is claiming several reliefs, his advocate, on instructions, submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if the relief is granted in terms of prayer clause (F) whereby he is seeking a direction to consider and take a decision on his application for allotment of a particular land for cultivation in terms of the government resolution dated 26-07-2002.

We dispose of the petition requesting the respondents to take appropriate decision in terms of the government resolution dated 26-07-2002.
