The parties are unanimous that first appeal is dismissed on merits vide judgment and order dated 25.09.2024. No formal order was passed permitting the present applicants who are the claimants to withdraw the amount deposited in this Court with accrued interest. Hence there is no dispute that applicants are entitled to withdraw the amount with accrued interest. The civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b). The civil application is disposed of.
