The petitioner is the father of three children, who are studying in the 6th standard and the 4th standard in the school viz. Mount Litera Zee School, situated at survey No. 69 B, Yenki-Manki Road, Madlapur Udgir, district Latur. He is aggrieved by the mismanagement of the school and has made representations dated 6.9.2022 and 10.10.2022 to respondent No.2, Deputy Director of Education, Latur, who has not responded.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off, directing respondent No.2 to respond to the said representations of the petitioner. The due procedure laid down in law, shall be followed. All stake holders would be issued with notices for granting them a reasonable opportunity of hearing. After conducting a proper enquiry in the matter, respondent No.2 would arrive at a decision, as is permissible in law. Let such exercise be completed, on or before 30.04.2023. (SANJAY A.
