This application is taken out by the applicants to implead them as party respondents to this petition.

Mr. Salunke, learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants are the office bearers of the society and the impugned orders are obtained without impleading applicants as party respondents. 3.

Since this Court is inclined to dispose of the petition by directing the learned Jt. Charity Commissioner, to decide the application under Section 41E of the Maharashtra Public Trust Act, 1950, expeditiously, it would be appropriate to grant opportunity to the applicants to seek intervention and impleadment in the proceedings in

920ca1007.21 which the impugned order is passed.

The application thus stands disposed of with liberty to the applicants to seek impleadment in the application No. 11 of 2020 pending on the file of the Joint Charity Commissioner, Nashik. 5.
