This is an application for condonation of delay of 70 days caused in filing the application for bringing the legal representative of deceased Claimant Chandrabhaga Ratan Pardeshi on record. Claimant Chandrabhaga died on 30th July, 2024. Except Claimant Rajendra Ratan Pardeshi, other legal representatives are already on record. The applicants, therefore, pray to condone the delay, set aside abatement and permission to carry out amendment accordingly.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (B) to (D). The application stands disposed of.

The learned counsel for the appellant to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title of appeal memo and other applications. It is clarified that only the name of claimant Rajendra Ratan Pardeshi is to be added in the array of claimants in the appeal memo and other applications.
