It is submitted that, the examination form of the petitioner has been accepted by the college and the university. The tribe claim of the petitioner is pending consideration with the Scrutiny Committee.

The father of the petitioner had also filed Writ Petition No. 585 of 2021, wherein directions are given to decide the validation proceeding.

The Committee can decide the validation proceeding of the tribe claim of the present petitioner along with the tribe claim of his father.

In the light of that, present writ petition is disposed of.

2 wp 282.21 The Committee shall decide the validation proceeding of the present petitioner along with the proceeding of Manoj Ramesh Thakur pending with it. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 11.02.2021. No costs.
