The petitioner is challenging the order of suspension. 2.

Mr. Ambetkar, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, after filing of present petition, the employer has terminated the services of the petitioner on 13.01.2022. 3.

In view of that, the present writ petition is disposed of. The petitioner may assail the order of termination as may be permissible under law. No costs.
