It would be open for the petitioner to approach the District Level Committee constituted under the circular issued by the Divisional Commissioner, Nasik, on 25.06.2015. If the petitioner approaches the District Level Committee within a period of four weeks from today, the Committee shall take appropriate decision in the matter as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of presentation of application to the Committee. 2.

In the meanwhile, ad-interim relief granted in favour of petitioner shall continue to operate.
