CORAM : V.K. JADHAV, J.

Dated: November 01, 2017 ...

PER COURT :- I do not find any substance in this writ petition. The learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Basmant, in paragraph no.2 of the impugned order below exh.73 in RCS No.14/2009 observed that respondent plaintiff has admitted that, petitioner-defendant and one Amol has deposited the amount time to time in the account maintained by the plaintiff in the aforesaid bank and, as such, no reason to call the vouchers to prove said fact which is already admitted by the respondent-plaintiff. Learned counsel appearing for respondent-plaintiff also admits that respondent-plaintiff has not disputed the said fact of depositing the amount in her account maintained in the aforesaid bank. Writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
