1] The applicants have moved these applications to condone the delay in filing these appeals against the judgment and order passed by the Reference Court. 2] Heard learned counsel for the applicants and the learned AGP for the respondent nos.1 & 2. Respondent no.3 is absent, though served.

3] Considering the cause assigned for condoning the delay, I am of the view that the delay has been satisfactorily explained.
