Learned advocate Mr. Bedre who has been appearing for the sole appellant submits that since he was not receiving instructions, he had caused a notice to be issued to the client by R.P.A.D., pursuant to the rules framed by the High Court under the Advocates Act. He submits that he has now received the closed envelope back from the post informing that the sole appellant is dead. 2.

Leave is granted to Mr. Bedre to place on record copies of the notice and the postal envelope which are marked 'X' for the purpose of identification.
