PER COURT:- 1.

The validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending. The petitioner has completed Engineering course. The learned counsel submits that the respondents be directed to issue atleast provisional degree certificate to the petitioner.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondent nos.1 and 2.

The petitioner shall appear before respondent no.2 on 29.01.2021. The Committee shall thereafter decide the said proceeding on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of three months from the date of appearance of the petitioner.

It is submitted that mark sheet is already issued to the petitioner. The respondent no.3 shall not issue degree certificate unless the petitioner produces validity certificate. The further steps be taken in tune with the judgment of the Committee.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
