Petitioner is challenging the decision of the Education Officer, Secondary dated 23.12.2024 refusing to grant approval to his appointment as a Lab Assistant.

In the light of the fact that the Grievance Forum is created and available under the Government Resolution dated 27.03.2024, the writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to resort to the Forum.

The Authority shall not refuse to entertain the application/petition filed within 2 weeks, on the ground of limitation prescribed under that Government Resolution.
