The Petitioner is a Sarpanch and he prays for a direction to Respondent Nos. 2 and 5 to adhere to a Government Resolution dated 12.07.2011 and the Government Circular dated 10.10.2013 and to remove the encroachment on the Gairan land.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off. Since the Petitioner in her capacity as a Sarpanch, has already made a request to the District Superintendent of Police, Jalna on 10.08.2023, we would expect Respondent No.3 to deal with the said application and respond khs/Jan.2024/524

- 2 - to the request, as may be permissible in Law, within a period of 30 days. So also, we leave it to the Sarpanch to exercise her powers to deal with the said encroachment.
