The present application is filed for quashing of F.I.R. No. 641 of 2023 dated 02.11.2023, registered with Vivekanand Chowk Police Station, District Latur, under Sections 498-A, 313, 323, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. However, during the pendency of this application, the concerned Court i.e. the learned Judicial Magistrate (F.C.), Latur has already disposed of Regular Criminal Case No. 1439 of 2024, arising out of the aforesaid F.I.R., by acquitting all the present petitioners. He also placed on record copy of said judgment dated 26.03.2025 on record, which is marked 'X" for identification purpose.

As such, nothing surives in the petition and it stands disposed of being infructuous.
