The issue involved in this matter is with regard to the claim by the tenant who has suffered the impugned order of eviction passed by the Trial Court and the dismissal of his appeal at the hands of the appellate court.

The learned Advocates for the respective sides submit that despite their best efforts, they are unable to take instructions as regards the present position after 23 years after filing of this petition and this matter may be infructuous.

Considering the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of as being infructuous.
