The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioners and the contesting Respondent No.1 submit that the consent terms dated 05.11.2003 were filed on record with due verification and identification by the respective counsel and the matter has been settled between the parties. Respondent No.1 has been reinstated in service and the Petitioners have already acted on the said consent terms. It is further submitted that inadvertently the petition is kept pending.

In the light of the above, the consent terms are marked as Exhibit X for identification.
