The applicant has moved this application seeking condonation of 8 day's delay caused in filing Appeal against the Judgment and Order of acquittal passed by the trial Court.

Learned counsel for the respondent opposed
2 Cr.Apln. 100.2017 the application with contention that the reasons assigned are totally false and concocted. He has pointed out that the applicant/complainant is Advocate by profession. He further pointed out that the trial Court has observed that the applicant is doing money lending business. 3.
The submissions advanced will be considered at the time of considering the application for leave to file Appeal.

In this view, the delay is condoned. The application for leave to file Appeal be registered and place for admission on 13/06/2017. Learned counsel for the respondent waives service of notice.
