The learned advocate for the petitioners in Writ Petition No.695 of 2023, submits, on instructions, that the petitioners would be satisfied if the Zilla Parishad is directed to decide the representations
dated 12th September, 2017, 20th November, 2019 and 8th December, 2022 tendered by the petitioners to respondent No.3 and the representation dated 19th September, 2022 tendered by the petitioners to respondent No.4.

The learned advocate for the petitioners in Writ Petition No.696 of 2023, further submits, on instructions, that the petitioners would be satisfied if the Zilla Parishad is directed to decide the representations dated 27th February, 2017, 21st September, 2018, 13th November, 2019 and 2nd May, 2022 tendered by the petitioners to respondent No.3 and the representation dated 12th December, 2022 tendered by the petitioners to respondent No.4 . 3.
The learned advocate appearing on behalf of the Zilla Parishad submits that if this Court directs to decide such representations, they would be considered on their own merits within a time frame.

In view of the above, these petitions are disposed off. 5.
We expect the competent authority of the Zilla Parishad to look into the representations of the petitioners by following the due procedure, the law applicable and in the light of the Rules / Policies / Government Resolutions, as may be applicable. Let this exercise be
completed, on or before 31st March, 2023, considering the fact that these petitioners were receiving their salaries till November, 2022 and thereafter, the payment has been stopped.
